3. User Accounts

  • That the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • That search engine rankings will improve as a result of using the service
  • That analysis results will be free from errors or omissions

SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, and website implementation. We do not guarantee specific ranking outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our company and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
